Each change to the guide or to the way it is made is entered here with its date, the latest in the first row of the table. A line, once written, is not rewritten or removed; if it proves wrong, a new line corrects it.
A data line stands for entries added or revised. A correction line records something a reader sent through the form, and it is repeated on the entry concerned. A wording line changes text only. A method line changes how the guide is put together.
